Abstract

Isolated hypertrophic pulmonary osteoarthropathy (HPOA) is rarely reported. HPOA typically occurs concurrently with clubbing, periostitis and polyarthritis. We reported a case of pulmonary malignancy in whom HPOA demonstrated in bone scintigraphy.
